Clients are welcome to bring their equipment to the IP offices for repairs or to call us for a collection. We will collect equipment from you at your request for a minimal fee and return the equipment as soon as it is repaired. Our mission is to bring you a turnaround time of 48 hours from collection to delivery. Carry in repairs are charged at R210 per hour excl V.A.T. Customers will be advised beforehand on the estimated time allocation and the costs involved in repairing the faulty equipment. Equipment bought at IP Dimension that still carry the manufacturer’s warranty will be repaired at no extra cost. IP Dimension charges a fee of R210 excl V.A.T for collections and returns within the 25km radius. As part of our value added service we offer printer repairs at market leading prices. Repairs at IP Dimension are not limited to stock purchased from us. We will gladly repair your faulty equipment at our standard rates and advise you on the best possible solution to your IT problems. |
