This is what sets us apart from the usual IT reseller. Our service delivery team consists of IT specialists who are all qualified and skilled in the IT profession with qualifications ranging from Microsoft Desktop and Server to StorageCraft Disaster Recovery qualifications. This allows IP Dimension to bring you the BEST possible support for your IT needs.

We bring IT to you by performing onsite support. This support service is billed at R350 excl VAT for the first half hour of service and thereafter, R315 excl VAT is billed per hour in increments of 30 minutes. These rates are applicable within a 25km radius of our Offices. A standard additional charge of R3.50 excl VAT is charged per km outside the 25km radius.

Telephone and remote Desktop Support

If the technician is unable to resolve your issues over the telephone there is also Remote Desktop Support available, still not able to resolve you issues why not log a call with our call centre for fast prompt delivery of service onsite.

Our support services also include Pastel Accounting support with a Pastel certified Installer on site. We will be able to assist you on almost any Pastel query including Pastel Stationary.
