SURVEY COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility

The competition is open to Gauteng residents only.

Entrants must be 18 years or older and not seeking employment with IP Dimension.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of IP Dimension, as well as affiliated partners, are not eligible to enter.

Competition Period

The competition opens on 8 September 2025 and closes on 30 October 2025.

Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

How to Enter

Complete the online survey available via IP Dimension website.

Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Entry into the competition is free; no purchase is necessary.

The Prizes

Two experiences are available:

• A high-performance super car “Burning Rubber” track day experience.
• A helicopter flight and elephant encounter experience.

The winner may choose between the two experiences, regardless of their original survey selection.

Each prize is limited to [one person accompanied by an IP Dimension representative.

Travel to and from the experience location is not included.

Experiences must be completed by 30 November 2025

Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be substituted for other goods or services.

Winner Selection & Announcement

The winner(s) will be chosen by random draw on 31 October 2025.

The draw will be conducted, under the supervision of the Managing Director of IP Dimension, by random selection.

The winner will be notified via email.

The winner will also be announced publicly on IP Dimension’s website,  LinkedIn page and other social channels.

Media & Publicity

By entering the competition, participants agree that if they win, IP Dimension may take photographs and/or video footage during the experience.

The winner consents to IP Dimension using their name, image and experience footage in promotional materials, including on the company’s website, social media and marketing campaigns.

Data Privacy

Survey responses will be collected and used for insights and sales contact by IP Dimension.

No personal data will be sold or shared with third parties.

Entry into the competition implies consent for IP Dimension to contact entrants regarding IT services, events, or offers, unless they opt out.

General Conditions

IP Dimension reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
